Lazy pita bread lasagna with chicken and mushrooms for lunch in 30 minutes
If you want to prepare a tasty and satisfying meal for lunch, choose from soups, pizza, salads, casseroles, and lasagna. All these dishes can be prepared in just 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Pita bread – 5 sheets according to the size of the mold
- Hard cheese – 250 g
Meat filling:
- Boiled chicken breast or fillet – 2 pcs
- Mushrooms – 200 g
- Onion – 1 pc
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp from 20% fat (or cream 150 ml)
- Chicken broth – 150 ml (can be replaced with water)
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Sauce:
- Oil – 50 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Milk – 900 ml
- Salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken breasts and divide them into small pieces.
2. Fry mushrooms and onions in a little oil, add spices, sour cream, chicken breast, and chicken broth. Stew together for 5 minutes.
2. For the sauce: melt the butter and oil in a saucepan, add the flour, and stir quickly until smooth.
3. Then gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk.
4. Bring the mass to a boil, while stirring continuously with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
3. Assemble the lasagna: put a little sauce on the bottom of the mold, then pita bread, meat filling, and so on until you run out of ingredients, and finally sauce and cheese.
4. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 C, then remove the foil and bring to a brown for another 5-10 minutes.
