Lazy pita bread lasagna for breakfast: how to prepare a delicious dish
Lasagna is a delicious and satisfying dish based on minced meat, sauce, and cheese. It's worth noting that you can eat this dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Food blogger Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe for a delicious, lazy pita bread lasagna that you can easily make on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- pita bread - 2 pcs
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- tomato paste - 70 g
- water - 100 ml
- ajvar - 2 tbsp
- mozzarella - 250 g
- sugar - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- butter (to grease the mold)
- olive oil - 1-2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pass the fillet and onions through a meat grinder.
2. Fry the minced meat in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
3. Add tomato paste, ajvar and water to the minced meat.
4. Then add salt and sugar and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
5. Grate the mozzarella.
6. Grease a baking dish with butter and put 1 pita bread so that the edges hang out of the dish.
7. Sprinkle some mozzarella over the pita bread.
8. Tear the second pita bread into piece and put 1/3 of it on top.
9. Put a layer of tomato sauce with minced meat on the pita bread and cover with 1/3 of the pita bread. Sprinkle with cheese and put the rest of the pita bread and minced meat.
11. Cover the minced meat with the edges of the first pita base.
12. Spread the sour cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes.
