Ingredients:

  • Pita bread – 5 pcs
  • Minced meat of any kind – 300 g

  • Onions – 3 pcs
  • Hard cheese – 50 g

  • Salt – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
Spices for the dish
  • Coriander – to taste
  • Parsley – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and herbs and add to the minced meat, mix well.

3. Cut the pita bread, put the minced meat, cheese on top and fry in vegetable oil.
