Recipe for lazy pilaf with chicken
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pieces
- rice – 1.5 cups
- garlic – 5 cloves
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 1 pc
- hot water – 3 cups
- salt – 2.5 tsp
- cardamom – 4-5 pieces
- oil – 1 tbsp
- dried barberry – 1 tsp
- black pepper – a pinch
- paprika – 1 pc
Method of preparation:
- Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces so it won't be dry.
- Heat all the spices, except salt, lightly in a frying pan to make the dish spicy and flavorful.
- Heat the rice along with the spices.
- Then add the meat.
- Stir the pilaf after all the moisture has evaporated and when the meat is fully cooked.
