This dish, combined with chia seeds and other ingredients, can saturate the body and give it strength for the entire working day. The recipe for this breakfast was shared on Instagram by food blogger Tati Chudnova.
Ingredients
- oatmeal - 2 tbsp.
- chia seeds - 1 tbsp
- yogurt - 3 tbsp
- honey - 1 tbsp
- milk 3:1 (1 is oatmeal)
- banana - ½ pc
The way of preparation
1. Put the oatmeal in a tall glass.
2. Sprinkle chia seeds on top and add 2 tbsp of yogurt.
3. Drizzle with honey, add milk and mix thoroughly.
4. Peel and mash the banana with a fork. Put it in a glass. Banana can be replaced with cocoa.
5. Put another 1 tbsp of yogurt and refrigerate overnight.
