Ingredients:
- puff pastry "ears" - 600-750 g
- milk - 900 ml
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 100-150 ml
- starch - 70 g
- butter - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cream: pour half of the milk into a saucepan and warm, but do not boil. Mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and the other half of the milk. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the hot milk and stir constantly until thickened. Once the cream has thickened - leave to cool to lukewarm, add the room temperature butter and stir.

2. Place the cookies in a mold and pour the cream over them, leaving some cookies and cream for decoration. Cover with clingfilm and place in the refrigerator overnight or for a couple of hours.

3. Remove the foil and mold, top with the remaining cream and sprinkle with crushed cookies.
