Lasagna is a delicious dish for a hearty lunch or dinner. It can be prepared according to a classic recipe – on dough with flour and eggs, which needs to be rolled out thinly. But to make the process faster and the taste no less flavorful, you should choose a different base for this culinary masterpiece.

Ingredients: ⠀
- chicken fillet - 300 g ⠀
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
- chicken broth - 2-3 tbsp.
- cheese - 200 g (mozzarella/suluguni)
- thin pita bread - 1 package (Armenian)
Method of preparation:
- Boil the chicken fillet in salted water.
- Let cool and blend with a blender. ⠀
- Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. ⠀
- Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and broth. ⠀
- Season with salt and pepper, and add tomato paste.
- Leave to simmer under the lid for 5 minutes. ⠀
- Cut the pita bread according to the form in which the dish will be baked.
- Put a sheet of pita bread on the bottom.
- Spread with sour cream.
- Put the filling, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Put everything back in the same order.
- The last layer should be pita bread.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
