Lazy khachapuri without dough: what to cook a delicious dish from
Khachapuri can be made not only from dough but also without replacing it with pita bread or pita. For the filling, it is better to use any hard cheese, salty cheese, and even cottage cheese.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, lazy khachapuri with pita bread, feta cheese, and cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
- Pita – 3 pcs
- Cheese or feta – 300 g
- Cheese – 200 g
- Egg (yolks) – 3 pcs
- Dill and herbs
- Oil for frying
- Dry garlic, salt, paprika, or Provencal herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with mozzarella (if you want it to stretch), feta (but then try for salt), or any hard cheese and mix into a smooth paste. Add spices to taste.
2. Take out the middle of the pita, and put the cheese filling inside.
3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C. Take out, put the yolk in the middle, and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
