Lazy khachapuri without dough in 10 minutes: a recipe for a quick and satisfying snack dish

You can make homemade khachapuri using pita bread, or you can make the dough from cheese. Mozzarella is the best choice for the filling.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and quick to prepare khachapuri with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 tsp. baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 30-50 g. suluguni / mozzarella

Method of preparation:

1. Add the protein to the cottage cheese (keep the yolk for serving), flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.

2. Using wet hands, form the khachapuri on the parchment and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then put the grated cheese inside and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with egg yolk!
