In the morning, you always want to make a quick breakfast, but you need to remember that it should be hearty and healthy. A great option would be khachapuri, only lazy ones, they take only 10 minutes to cook.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a very tasty and flavorful khachapuri in the form of a pancake, which will be based on cottage cheese, a little flour, and herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Flour - 150 g
  • Butter - 20-30 g
  • Suluguni cheese - 300 g
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Greens - optional

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Whisk the egg with salt, add milk, sifted flour, and cheese, and mix gently.
  3. Chop the herbs and add to the dough.
  4. Grease the frying pan well with butter, put the dough, spread it well, and cover with a lid, when the pancake is well fried – about 3 minutes, turn it over and fry on the other side.
  5. Put the finished khachapuri on a suitable dish, cut it, and let it cool for 1-2 minutes.

The dish will be very tasty, flavorful, and truly cheesy. You can easily combine it with salad and baked vegetables.
