In the morning, you always want to make a quick breakfast, but you need to remember that it should be hearty and healthy. A great option would be khachapuri, only lazy ones, they take only 10 minutes to cook.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a very tasty and flavorful khachapuri in the form of a pancake, which will be based on cottage cheese, a little flour, and herbs.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Milk - 250 ml
- Flour - 150 g
- Butter - 20-30 g
- Suluguni cheese - 300 g
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Greens - optional
Method of preparation:
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Whisk the egg with salt, add milk, sifted flour, and cheese, and mix gently.
- Chop the herbs and add to the dough.
- Grease the frying pan well with butter, put the dough, spread it well, and cover with a lid, when the pancake is well fried – about 3 minutes, turn it over and fry on the other side.
- Put the finished khachapuri on a suitable dish, cut it, and let it cool for 1-2 minutes.
The dish will be very tasty, flavorful, and truly cheesy. You can easily combine it with salad and baked vegetables.
