Khachapuri is one of the most delicious traditional Georgian dishes based on dough, eggs, and cheese. They are also cooked with meat, with herbs, and simply cooked lazily in a frying pan.
Cook Yevheniia Karpiuk shared a recipe for delicious pan-fried khachapuri with cheese on Instagram, which takes only 10-15 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 1 glass
- flour - 1 a glass
- cottage cheese - 200-250 g ( preferably 100g of cottage cheese and 150g of suluguni)
- salt - a pinch
- butter - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, milk, flour, and salt into a single mass.
2. Grate the cheese and add to this mixture, mix well.
3. Put butter and dough in a frying pan and fry on both sides. Turn the khachapuri over when the top is set.
Serve the dish hot, and you can also put butter on top, it will taste even better!
