Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pc.
- warm milk - 200 ml
- flour - 150-160 g
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- hard cheese (or suluguni, mozzarella, or feta cheese) - 160-200 g
- oil for frying
- a slice of butter for greasing
Method of preparation:
1️. Beat the egg in a bowl, add warm milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Then add the grated cheese and mix again.

2️. Add oil to a hot frying pan, put the curd dough, smooth it out and fry for 10 minutes on both sides under a closed lid over low heat (20 minutes for doneness).
