Lazy khachapuri in a hurry: cooked in a pan

Khachapuri is a traditional Georgian pastry. Cooking this dish is a special ritual because professionals knead the dough using a special technology and then bake it in an oven. But homemade khachapuri can be made simply in a frying pan. It turns out very quickly and deliciously.
The idea of cooking lazy khachapuri in a frying pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna with the nickname iras_food_diary.
Ingredients:
- Suluguni cheese (or other cheese) – 140 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- whole wheat flour – 80 g
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp
- salt
- dried spices
- kefir – 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the egg, salt, spices, and kefir with a whisk.
2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
3. Add the grated cheese and mix until smooth.
4. Bake in a small amount of oil under the lid.
5. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
