  • Suluguni cheese (or other cheese) – 140 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • whole wheat flour – 80 g
  • baking powder – 0.5 tsp
  • salt
  • dried spices
  • kefir – 100 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the egg, salt, spices, and kefir with a whisk.

3. Add the grated cheese and mix until smooth.
