Recipe for a lazy honey cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs Eggs – 4 pcs
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Vanilla – to taste
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Honey – 120 g
  • Melted butter – 100 g
  • Flour – 360 g
  • Soda – 1 tsp (extinguish with vinegar or lemon juice)

Method of preparation:

  1. Put eggs, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Beat with a whisk, add honey and butter.
  3. Add flour and baking soda, mix.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and distribute the cakes from the finished mass. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. You can bake one cake at a time, but then it will take more time to cook, or divide the dough into two parts and bake in two batches.

Chill the finished cake.

Ingredients for the cream:

Cream for honey cake
  • Fine sugar or powdered sugar – 120 g
  • Fatty sour cream – 200 g
  • Fatty cream – 300 ml

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat all ingredients until fluffy for a few minutes. You can simply whip the sour cream with powdered sugar or make a custard.

Form the cake and decorate it with crumbled cakes.
