One of the most delicious cakes is honey cake, based on honey cakes and vanilla cream. The most important thing when making a dessert is to make a good dough, which determines the structure and taste of the dish. In the classic version, the cake cakes are baked in the oven, but to make a delicious dessert faster, you can simply cook them in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- honey - 100 g
- water - 100 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 130 g
- sugar - 150 g
- flour - 2 cups
- baking soda - 6 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- oil - 3 tbsp.
Cream of sour cream:
- sour cream - 900 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- corn starch - 60 g
- sugar - 120 g
- butter - 60 g
- vanilla sugar - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Caramel: melt the sugar in a saucepan, stir, pour in boiling water and stir again to dissolve the sugar completely, add 250 ml of water.
2. Beat the eggs with honey until frothy, add the butter and sour cream, mix. Pour in the flour, baking powder and baking soda, mix again.
3. Pour the caramel water into the dough and mix.
4. Roll out the dough and bake the cakes in a frying pan, covered, on both sides until cooked.
5. Cream: beat eggs with sugar, add starch and vanilla sugar, beat again and add sour cream. Put the saucepan with the cream on the stove and cook until it comes to a boil, let it boil for one minute and add the cold butter, mix.
6. Assemble the cake, grease the top and edges of the cake well, and sprinkle nuts on top – this is optional!
