Ingredients:
- Honey - 200 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Butter - 180 g
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Flour - 300 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Fatty sour cream (20%) - 1 kg
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla
- Cherry - 150
- Sugar - 30 g
- Cinnamon.
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough: mix honey, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil and stir into a homogeneous mixture. Add baking soda to the hot honey mixture and mix thoroughly. The mass will begin to increase in volume very strongly. Boil the mixture for a few minutes until it turns amber. Let it cool slightly.

2. Then add the eggs, beat until smooth, and then add the flour and salt. Mix until smooth.

3. Pour onto a baking sheet with parchment and bake for about 12 minutes at 180 C.

4. Cream: beat sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
