Ingredients:
For the dough:
- water - 250 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 450-500 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
For the filling:
- minced meat - 600 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
For the gravy:
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 200-300 g
- garlic - 1 clove.
- greens - a bunch
- butter - 100 g
Preparation:
1. Add the egg and salt to the water and mix until smooth, gradually add the flour and knead the dough and leave to rest.
2. Filling: add finely chopped onion, salt, spices to the minced meat.
3. Gravy: grate carrots on a fine grater, fry in vegetable oil until tender. Then add the herbs, salt, chopped garlic and sour cream, and simmer.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out very thinly and put the filling, roll up, pinch the edges, cut into small pieces.
5. Put them in a frying pan, add the sauce and water, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
