  • 350 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/3 tsp of salt
  • 5-6 tbsp of flour with a slide

Method of preparation:

1. Beat cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and salt well with a blender, add flour, and knead the sticky dough with a spoon.

2. Sprinkle the surface with flour and put out the dough. Divide the dough into 4 parts, sprinkle each with flour, and roll into a sausage. Cut into small pieces 5 mm thick.

3. Cook the dumplings in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes from the moment they come to the surface.
