Food blogger Kateryna (katyamull ) shared on Instagram a very easy recipe for lazy dumplings with cherries and delicious sauce that you can prepare in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 5-9% - 400 g
- Flour - 5 tbsp
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cherries - 400 g
- Flour - 5 tbsp.
For the sauce:
- Coconut flakes - 2 tbsp.
- Condensed milk - 50 g
- Sour cream - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg, sugar, and flour, and knead the dough.
2. Form them, put a cherry in the middle, and gently wrap them to make a ball.
3. Boil water, throw eggs in, and cook until tender.
4. Take out the dumplings, put them on a plate, and pour over the prepared sour cream and condensed milk sauce.
