Lazy dumplings with cherries and sauce for breakfast: a simple recipe from a food blogger
Breakfast is the main meal that should be very satisfying, healthy, and tasty. Experts recommend eating protein products in the morning, as well as vegetables, berries, cereals, and dairy products.
Food blogger Kateryna (katyamull ) shared on Instagram a very easy recipe for lazy dumplings with cherries and delicious sauce that you can prepare in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 5-9% - 400 g
- Flour - 5 tbsp
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cherries - 400 g
- Flour - 5 tbsp.
For the sauce:
- Coconut flakes - 2 tbsp.
- Condensed milk - 50 g
- Sour cream - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg, sugar, and flour, and knead the dough.
2. Form them, put a cherry in the middle, and gently wrap them to make a ball.
3. Boil water, throw eggs in, and cook until tender.
4. Take out the dumplings, put them on a plate, and pour over the prepared sour cream and condensed milk sauce.
