Lazy dumplings with berries and chocolate for breakfast: a recipe from Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi
Lazy dumplings are a great breakfast dish that is very simple and quick to prepare. You can even make them without dough, with berries, sour cream, condensed milk, and nuts.
Culinary expert Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe for delicious lazy dumplings on Instagram that will always turn out well.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 400 g
- flour – 85 g
- sugar – 40 g
- eggs – 1 pc
For the sauce:
- white chocolate – 70-80 g
- cream – 100-110 ml
- fresh berries – 120-150 g
- roasted nuts – 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with the egg and sugar, then add the flour and knead the soft dough quickly.
2. Divide the finished dough into pieces and form balls.
3. Bring water to a boil, and add salt.
4. Drop the dumplings in and cook until they float.
5. Sauce: Pour cream into a frying pan, add white chocolate, bring to a boil, and add hot dumplings, cook for 1 minute and put the dish on a plate.
Garnish with berries and nuts.
