Lazy dumplings in minutes: what filling to cook with
If you have berries left over from last year in your freezer, you should use them now because fresh fruit will be coming soon. In this case, lazy dumplings are perfect. You can prepare the dough for this dish in a minimal amount of time, and absolutely any fruit filling suits it.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- flour – 3 tbsp + for the surface
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1/3 tsp
Ingredients for the filling:
- frozen or fresh berries (cherries, raspberries, blueberries to choose from)
Ingredients for the sauce:
- yogurt/sour cream
- condensed milk
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, sugar, and salt to the cottage cheese, and beat with a blender.
2. Add flour and knead the sticky dough.
3. Sprinkle the surface, put the dough, and make a sausage.
4. Cut into 18-20 pieces.
5. Put the filling into the dumplings.
6. Cook in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes after putting the finished products into the water.
7. Add sour cream, yogurt, or condensed milk if desired.
