Lazy dumplings for breakfast in 3 minutes: a simple recipe
Lazy dumplings are one of the best breakfast options. Since they are hearty, they are very easy to prepare. They are best served hot, with berries or sour cream.
Food blogger Viktoriia shared a recipe for delicious lazy dumplings based on cottage cheese dough on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% – 250 g
- egg – 1 pc
- flour – 80 g
- sugar – 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese, egg, and sugar with a fork, add the flour, and mix until smooth.
2. Use your hands to form a "sausage" out of the dough, cut it into small pieces, and roll them into balls.
3. Bring the water to a boil and cook for 3 minutes until the dumplings float.
