Lazy dumplings for breakfast in 10 minutes: turn out puffy and soft
There is no better breakfast dish than lazy dumplings because they are, firstly, delicious, and secondly, very simple and quick to prepare. The most important thing is to make a good, light, and loose dough. The dish is best served hot and can be flavored with honey, condensed milk, and berries.
Food blogger Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe for delicious lazy dumplings that you can make in just 10 minutes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- semolina - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 2-3 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- vanilla - a pinch
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with semolina and egg. Leave for 5 minutes to swell.
2. Then add flour and vanilla and knead the dough.
3. Divide the dough into 2-4 pieces, roll out and cut into 2 cm thick pieces with a sharp knife.
4. Bring the water to a boil and cook the dumplings for 2 minutes.
5. Serve with butter, sour cream, berries, condensed milk, or honey.
