You can easily prepare tender cheesecakes, cottage cheese pancakes, and, of course, casseroles.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with mint and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- flour – 300 g
- butter – 150 g
- baking powder – a pinch
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 150 g
- vanilla – a pinch
- raspberries – 100 g
- mint – a few sprigs
Method of preparation:
- Sift the flour, grate the butter on a coarse grater, mix with the flour, and knead with your hands until crumbs form.
- Add the sugar and baking powder, mix again, and put the first layer in the baking dish.
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve to make it airy, add the eggs and vanilla sugar, mix, and put it on the dough.
- Next, add the flour crumbs again and put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
- Garnish the finished casserole with raspberries and powdered sugar, but this is optional, and add mint.
