If you don't know what to cook very quickly for breakfast and, most importantly, that it is healthy and can be eaten by a child, the best options are cottage cheese dishes, as they contain a lot of calcium and are also very satisfying. You can easily prepare tender cheesecakes, cottage cheese pancakes, and, of course, casseroles.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with mint and fresh raspberries.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 300 g
  • flour – 300 g
  • butter – 150 g
  • baking powder – a pinch
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • sugar – 150 g
  • vanilla – a pinch
  • raspberries – 100 g
  • mint – a few sprigs

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flour, grate the butter on a coarse grater, mix with the flour, and knead with your hands until crumbs form.
  2. Add the sugar and baking powder, mix again, and put the first layer in the baking dish.
  3. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve to make it airy, add the eggs and vanilla sugar, mix, and put it on the dough.
  4. Next, add the flour crumbs again and put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
  5. Garnish the finished casserole with raspberries and powdered sugar, but this is optional, and add mint.
