Lazy chebureks for which you don't need to knead the dough: you need pita bread
If you don't have time to knead the dough for homemade chebureks, use the lazy version of this dish. For this, you will need an ordinary pita bread. Just wrap the filling in it and fry everything in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
- pita bread
- egg white
- oil for frying
Ingredients for the filling:
- onion - 1 pc.
- capi pepper - 1 pc.
- minced beef - 200 g
- herbs (green onions, dill, parsley)
- red salt
How to prepare the filling:
1. Fry the onion and pepper for about 2-3 minutes.
2. Mix with raw minced meat and herbs.
Ingredients for the batter:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- flour - 2-3 tbsp
- flavored salt
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Greek yogurt
- clove of garlic
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Cut saucer-sized circles from pita bread.
2. Put the minced meat on one half.
3. Grease the edges of the pita bread with protein.
4. Dip into the batter.
5. Fry over medium heat.
6. Serve with the sauce.
