  • Cottage cheese 150-200 g
  • Eggs 4 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Any meat or sausage - 150-200 g
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:⠀

  1. Finely chop the meat or sausage.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Cheese mini casserole with tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 50 g
  • Greens - 2 tbsp (parsley, basil)
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Yogurt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Grind the cottage cheese with eggs, and add diced tomato, herbs, and chopped cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Put the mixture into muffin tins, filling them completely.
  3. Place in a 200-degree oven until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. When the center of the casseroles has settled slightly, drip 1 tsp of yogurt into it. Add the herbs on top.
