Lazy cabbage rolls with Chinese cabbage: how to cook a hearty dish in the oven
If you love cabbage rolls but don't have enough time to cook them, lazy cabbage rolls will be the perfect option. They can be made with various cereals: buckwheat, rice, or even bulgur, which, combined with minced meat, will make a hearty lunch or dinner dish. In addition, you can use different types of cabbage: white or Chinese cabbage.

Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage – 300 g
- minced meat – 800 g
- rice – 1 glass
- prunes – 50 g (optional)
- tomato puree (or tomato paste diluted with water)
- salt, pepper, herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the rice until half cooked.
2. Chop the cabbage. Mix it with minced meat, rice, and prunes. Add salt and pepper. Stir the mixture.
3. Put the chopped bottom part of the cabbage, carrots, and onions on the bottom of the mold. Add bell pepper if desired.
4. Form the cabbage rolls and place them in the mold.
5. Pour over tomato puree.
6. Bake at 180 degrees 45 minutes.
7. Serve with herbs and sour cream.
