Lazy cabbage rolls in the oven: no need to steam anything
To make traditional cabbage rolls, you need to do a lot of different things: steam cabbage, roll the minced meat, wrap it in leaves, etc. So if you want to make this dish but aren't ready to spend a lot of time, you should use a simple alternative.
For lazy cabbage rolls, all you need to do is mix the ingredients, form them into balls, and pour the sauce over. The dish is baked very quickly in the oven.

Ingredients:
- minced meat - 400 g
- ready rice - 300 g
- cabbage - 1/4 head
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Ingredients for the sauce:
- tomato sauce - 250 ml
- sour cream - 250 ml
- water - 200 ml
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables.
2. Combine in one container.
3. Add the minced meat and boiled rice.
4. Add spices.
5. Mix well.
6. Form balls.
7. Put into a glass mold.
8. Combine the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the meat.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
