To be honest, lazy cabbage rolls are not really that lazy. This dish has this name only because there is no need to wrap the filling in cabbage leaves. But you still have to work hard to make the cabbage rolls tasty.

Ingredients
- Minced meat
- Cabbage
- Rice
- Carrot
- Onion
- Salt
- Spices for minced meat
- Eggs for minced meat
Method of preparation
1. Wash the rice well and soak it in water.
2. Fry carrots and onions in lard or vegetable oil.
3. Chop the cabbage and mix it with the minced meat.
4. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture.
5. Add spices to the minced meat and season to taste with salt.
6. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
6. Form the cabbage rolls.
7. Bread the cabbage rolls in a thin layer of flour and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
8. Put the rest of the frying in the pan and the cabbage rolls on top. Add a little water, cover, and let it simmer over low heat.
9. Fry the tomato paste with salt and sugar in a frying pan. Add a little water and heat a little.
10. Add the resulting mixture to the cabbage rolls and simmer, covered, until tender.
