Lazy cabbage rolls for all occasions: cooked as quickly as possible
If your family loves cabbage rolls, but you don't always have enough time to cook them, the following idea can be a real lifesaver. To make this dish, you don't need to steam cabbage and roll cabbage rolls for a long time – just a few simple movements are enough. This is an ideal option for a hearty and quick dinner.

Ingredients:
- rice – 150 g
- water – 300 ml
- minced meat – 500-700 g
- onion – 1-2 pcs
- carrots – 1 pc
- cabbage – 1/2
- butter or oil – 50 g
- tomatoes in their own juice – 400 g
- sour cream – 200 g
- coriander – 1/2 tsp
- salt, pepper, and spices for minced meat
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the rice well, and cover with cold water 1:2.
2. Salt and cook under a closed lid for 5 minutes after boiling.
3. Set aside and leave for 15 minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan with butter or oil, and fry the onion until transparent.
5. Add grated carrots, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until soft.
6. Add the shredded cabbage and cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
8. Simmer until soft for 7-8 minutes.
9. Combine cabbage, rice, minced meat and spices.
10. Add crushed coriander peas.
11. Form the cabbage rolls with wet hands.
12. Put tightly in a single layer in a greased mold.
13. Combine tomatoes and sour cream for the filling.
14. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
15. Pour the cabbage rolls and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
