Recipe for lazy stuffed cabbage rolls from minced meat

Ingredients:

  • rice – 150 g
  • water – 300 ml
  • minced meat – 500-700 g
  • onion – 1-2 pcs
  • carrots – 1 pc
  • cabbage – 1/2
  • butter or oil – 50 g
  • tomatoes in their own juice – 400 g
  • sour cream – 200 g
  • coriander – 1/2 tsp
  • salt, pepper, and spices for minced meat

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the rice well, and cover with cold water 1:2.

2. Salt and cook under a closed lid for 5 minutes after boiling.
