Lazy cabbage casserole with meat: a simple alternative to rolls
Cabbage rolls are prepared in many parts of the world in different ways. But despite the many names, the overall taste of the dish does not change. If you want cabbage rolls right now but don't have much time to cook them, then lazy cabbage casserole come to the rescue, which is in no way inferior to the rolls.
Most often, lazy cabbage rolls are made in the form of meatballs or cutlets. However, food blogger Alla Terechenko suggests making lazy cabbage casserole with meat. The recipe is posted on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- boiled rice -100 g
- cabbage - 1/4 pc
- minced meat - 500-700 g
- onion - 2 pcs
- oil - 0.5 tbsp
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
- hard cheese - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the meat and onions in a meat grinder.
2. Grate the cabbage and add to the minced meat.
3. Add rice and spices. Mix well.
4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the mixture in.
5. Spread evenly with sour cream.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
