Lazy brizoles with juicy minced meat: what to use for an unsurpassed taste
Brizoli is not a dish, but a cooking method in which a filling is wrapped in an omelet, baked in the oven, and fried in a pan. But in Ukraine, this dish is prepared a little differently, using waffle cakes.
On Instagram, food blogger Valentyna Kushch showed how to make lazy brizoli in such a way that they turn out no worse than the original recipe and will definitely appeal to everyone. The result is a delicious dish that is perfect for both lunch and snack.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Waffle cakes
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Milk - 2-3 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter and vegetable oil
Method of preparation
1. Add the finely grated onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix until smooth.
2. Spread a thin layer of meat filling on the patties. Cover the top with the crust.
3. Beat the eggs with milk.
4. If you use large cakes, cut them into portions.
5. Dip each brizole in the egg mixture and fry on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
