Even such a banal product as eggs can be prepared in an interesting way. At the same time, you can spend a minimum amount of time and get maximum flavor. An elementary dish made from simple products that can always be found in the fridge is hollandaise sauce.

Hollandaise sauce is a separate dish that is unlike anything else. You should use butter, not olive or sunflower oil.
The chef notes that you need to pay great attention to the quality of eggs before cooking. The taste of the dish and its benefits depend on it.
Ingredients:
- egg yolk - 2 pcs.
- butter - 120 g
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (or any flavored vinegar)
- salt, sugar - a pinch
- hot water - 2 tablespoons
Method of preparation:
- In a water bath, use a whisk to beat the yolks with vinegar, salt, and sugar.
- Gradually add the melted butter until the desired consistency is obtained.
- At the end, add a few spoons of hot water if necessary.

Method one
- Put a pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil.
- Carefully lower the egg.
- To prevent it from cracking immediately, you need to lower it slowly with a regular tablespoon.
- It takes 3 minutes for the egg to set.
- To make the yolk tender and not too dense, keep it in boiling water for 6 minutes.
- For a hard-boiled egg, you need to cook it for exactly 9 minutes.
Method two
- Put water in a saucepan and put it on the fire.
- Immediately put the egg in.
- Bring it to a boil and leave it off the stove for 10 minutes. This way, the egg is still slowly cooking in the water and ends up with a very delicate velvety texture.
The boiled egg should be placed under cold water. This is done so that the eggs stop cooking and do not turn out to be overcooked. It also helps to clean the product without difficulty.
