Lazy apple pies: how to make without yeast and baking
Apple pies are a delicious and flavorful pastry. And it's great when you can make them quickly and without any hassle. The dough for such a dessert is an ordinary unleavened dough, which is prepared without a long kneading, and the lazy pies themselves can simply be fried in a pan.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- flour - 350 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 200 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l
- salt - a pinch
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- baking soda - 1\3 tsp.
The filling:
- apples - 400-500 g
- butter - 50 g
- sugar
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling, peel the apples from the core and cut the fruit into small cubes.
2. In a frying pan melt the butter. Stew the apples until soft.
3. Add cinnamon. Stir to combine. Simmer for a few more seconds, then remove from heat.
4. To prepare the dough, mix sour cream, oil, salt, baking soda and egg. Mix with a whisk.
5. Add the flour gradually. Knead the dough and leave it for 20 minutes.
6. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out one of them and cut out circles. Do the same with the other part of the dough.
7. Put a little sugar and apple filling on each circle. Form the pies.
8. Fry the pies.
