Lasagna is a juicy meat casserole made from special thin sheets of dough. The classic recipe includes a meat filling in the form of fried minced meat with vegetables and tomato sauce, as well as a delicious bolognese sauce. Just what you need for a hearty lunch or dinner.
The recipe for the classic lasagna with minced meat and bolognese sauce was published in one of the culinary blogs (tomka_recepti) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- lasagna sheets – 15 pcs
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 1 pc
- minced meat – 450 g
- tomatoes – 3 pcs
- salt, pepper, Italian spices
Bolognese sauce:
- butter – 70 g
- flour – 2 tbsp
- milk – 600 ml
- salt, pepper
Additionally:
- hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and put it in a frying pan.
2. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and add to the onions. Stir well.
3. At the same time, add the minced meat and fry well.
4. Meanwhile, blanch the tomatoes (peel them) and chop them. Add to the minced meat along with salt and spices. Cook over low heat, covered, for about 1 hour.
5. For the bolognese sauce, melt the butter in a frying pan.
6. Immediately add the flour and mix until smooth.
7. Pour in the milk, add salt and pepper. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
8. Then prepare the lasagna sheets by steaming them in boiling water for about 1-2 minutes.
9. Form the lasagna in a mold by laying out the ingredients as follows: lasagna sauce, minced meat sauce, and cheese. Continue in this manner until you run out of ingredients.
10. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
