Ingredients:
- salted lard – 300 g
- garlic – 3 cloves
In addition to different types of spreads:
- for white spread – ground black pepper
- to the green – a few sprigs of dill + green onions for decoration
- to orange-red – 1 tsp. sweet paprika + some smoked paprika for decoration
For serving:
- slices of dark bread
Method of preparation:
1. Freeze the lard, cut into cubes.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Blend the lard with the garlic in a blender or grind through a meat grinder.
4. Divide the mass into three parts and add different ingredients to each part to add flavor to the spread.
