Lard spread with a spicy ingredient that everyone will love
What Ukrainian doesn't like lard, along with garlic, borscht, and bread? It is worth noting that this product is an indispensable ingredient in the preparation of many delicious dishes, such as cutlets, and it can also be used to make a delicious bread spread.
Chef Anatolii Dobrovolskyi shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious lard spread that you can make in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- Lard
- Salt – to taste
- Garlic – 10 cloves
- Chili pepper – 1 pc
- Smoked paprika – 1 tbsp
- Chopped dill – 2 tbsp
- Ground coriander – 1 tbsp
- Mustard, bread, green onions
Method of preparation:
Lard
1. Take the frozen lard, 10 cloves of garlic, red pepper and grind in a meat grinder.
2. Add the chopped dill, paprika, coriander, and salt to the finished mass and mix well.
How to make a delicious lard spread
3. Put the lard with the spices on cling film and make a sausage, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
4. Then take it out and serve it with hot bread.
