Korean zucchini: a recipe for a savory appetizer
Zucchini can be used to make delicious caviar, as well as salads, pasta, and preserves for the winter. They can also be deliciously stewed with vegetables, tomato paste, garlic, and onions.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious zucchini salad with carrots, spices, vinegar and oil.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 4 cloves.
- Salt - 1-1.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Black or red pepper
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.
- Oil - 50 g
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the zucchini along with the carrots.
2. Add the grated garlic, salt, sugar and all the spices, pour over the vinegar.
3. At the very end, pour the spices with very hot oil (it is not important, but they better reveal their taste and aroma). Stir and add the sesame seeds and green onions. Let it stand for at least half an hour in the refrigerator or eat it right away.
