Korean-style tomatoes: recipe for a delicious 10-minute appetizer
Tomatoes can be used to make many delicious salads for the winter, as well as sauces, ketchup, and juice. You can also ferment, pickle and dry them.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious pickled tomatoes with an unusual marinade on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of tomatoes
Marinade:
- 2 bell peppers
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 hot pepper if desired
- a bunch of herbs: parsley, dill, basil
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of 9% vinegar
- 50 g of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes and put them in a clean jar.
2. For the dressing, beat fresh pepper, garlic, and herbs in a blender. Add oil, salt, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
3. Pour te dressing over the tomatoes and shake the jar well. Store in the refrigerator, turning it upside down. In a day, the Korean-style tomatoes are ready!
