Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of tomatoes

Marinade:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 hot pepper if desired
  • a bunch of herbs: parsley, dill, basil
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 50 g of 9% vinegar
  • 50 g of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp of salt

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes and put them in a clean jar.

2. For the dressing, beat fresh pepper, garlic, and herbs in a blender. Add oil, salt, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
