Korean-style cucumbers: recipe for a quick appetizer
Korean-style cucumbers are a delicious and spicy appetizer that can adorn both everyday and festive tables. The dish is prepared in a simple way and it is based on cucumbers, herbs and spices. And despite its simplicity, it always turns out to be a success and is guaranteed to please everyone.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 1 kg
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- 9% vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt - 2 tsp
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the cucumbers into cubes. Put them in a deep bowl.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and chopped dill to the cucumbers.
4. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Stir to combine. Let stand for several hours and serve.
