One of the most delicious, savory appetizers is Korean carrots, which can be easily prepared at home. To make it delicious, do not spare spices, garlic, and oil.

Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, spicy Korean carrots that can be eaten in 2-3 hours.

Ingredients:

  • carrots - 500 g
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • soy sauce - 30 ml
  • vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 300 ml
  • sugar - 1.5 tbsp
  • ground pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • ground coriander - 1/2 tsp.
  • hot pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and grate the carrots.

2. Grate or chop the garlic along with the hot pepper, add to the carrots, and mix.

3. Marinade: mix all the ingredients, pour over the carrots, cover with cling film.

4. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
