Kiwi cottage cheese pancakes: always fluffy and tender
Fritters are a simple and quick snack or breakfast option. You can make this dish in just a few minutes. But to make it satisfying and tasty, you should choose cottage cheese for the base. The texture of these pancakes is very tender and fluffy. Also, it is delicious to put kiwi directly into the dough.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 180 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- flour – 35 g
- sugar or sweetener – to taste
- kiwi – 1 pc
- milk – 10-20 g (depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese)
Method of preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or mash with a fork.
2. Add finely chopped kiwi.
3. The mass should be thick enough.
4. Put 1 tbsp on a frying pan, grease with vegetable oil if necessary.
5. Fry under the lid for 4-5 minutes over low heat.
