Cooking a Kinder cake

Kinder is not only a favorite chocolate treat for children, but also a dietary and gourmet cake. It is based on a delicate curd texture and airy rice. The taste is very similar to the popular dessert that we are used to buying in the store, but it has significantly fewer calories. You can make this cake for any occasion and surprise your guests.

The method of making the Kinder dessert

Ingredients for the base:

  • rice flour - 75 g
  • cocoa - 10 g
  • butter - 25 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • sweetener
  • vanillin
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • banana - 70 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  • cottage cheese - 260 g
  • soft cheese - 100 g
  • cream 10% - 100 ml
  • milk powder - 50 g
  • gelatin - 10 g
  • airy rice - 25 g (on fructose)
  • sweetener

Ingredients for the top layer:

  • puffed rice - 35 g (fructose)
  • white chocolate - 90 g
  • cream - 40 ml
  • coconut oil - 5 g

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the base: mix all the dry ingredients and add the oil at room temperature.

2. Mash everything with a fork into crumbs. Add the egg and knead the soft dough.

3. Roll out into any shape and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

4. Prepare the filling: soak gelatin in cream. When the mass swells, put on fire to heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil.

5. Mix two types of cottage cheese, milk powder, sweetener in a deep bowl and pour in the heated cream, beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth.

6. Pour in the puffed rice and mix with a spoon.

7. Grind the prepared base into crumbs in a blender. Mash the banana and combine with the crumbs, mix well.

8. Put the base on the bottom of the mold and level it.

9. Pour the filling and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

10. Pour the cream and coconut oil into the chocolate, melt in a water bath or in the microwave.

11. Take the cake out of the freezer, put the remaining airy rice and pour the melted chocolate on top.

12. Put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours until completely frozen.
