Ingredients:
- mushrooms – 450 g
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs
- onion – 1 pc
Ingredients for the cream sauce:
- butter – 30 g
- flour – 1 tbsp
- heavy cream – 150 ml
- milk – 150 ml
Method of preparation:
1. You can use only medium-fat cream or only milk.
2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices, chop the onion.
3. Cut the chicken fillet into medium strips.
4. Fry the chicken first, then the mushrooms, and finally add the onions.
5. At the end, mix everything, add salt and pepper, and set aside.
6. For the sauce, put a piece of butter in a saucepan, add a tablespoon of flour, stir, and pour in heavy cream and milk. You can use cream with just a medium fat content.
7. Stir until the sauce becomes thicker and immediately mix with mushrooms and chicken.
8. Put the finished filling in the molds or put everything in one mold and top with cheese.
9. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
10. When the cheese is browned, the julienne is ready.
