Juicy stuffed cutlets: recipe for a familiar dish in a new way

Cutlets can be made from any meat and even fish, crab sticks, as well as rice and buckwheat. To make them really juicy, chefs advise cooking them with vegetables.
A cook shared a recipe for very juicy, delicious cutlets with mushroom filling on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs (or ready-made minced meat - 500 g)
- egg - 1 pc.
- onion - 2 pcs
- bell pepper - 1/3 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
- champignons - 4-5 pcs
- 15% cream - 100 ml
- flour - 1 tbsp
- hard cheese
- salt, pepper, dried garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Pass the fillet through a meat grinder, add flour, eggs, spices, diced onion, breadcrumbs and mix.
2. Fry the carrots and peppers, add to the minced meat and mix.
3. Fry the mushrooms separately, add cream and simmer under the lid.
4. Form cutlets, put on a baking sheet, fill with the mushroom filling, and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes.
