Ingredients:
- salmon fillet - 700-800 g
- butter - 30 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- favorite herbs (for example, cilantro)
- grated Parmesan cheese
- lime or lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the salmon, remove all the bones.
2. Make the cuts.
3. Grind the butter, garlic and herbs in a mortar or blender.
4. Grease the fish well in all cuts.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and insert a few slices of lime.
6. Put in a preheated 200-degree oven for 15 minutes.
