Pita bread is a great base for making various pies, appetizers, and desserts. It is convenient to cook with different fillings, fry in a pan or bake in the oven. For the filling, you can use cottage or hard cheese, minced meat, vegetables, and even offal.

Italian-style
Ingredients:

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pita bread into long rectangles.
2. Cut the eggplant and fillet into cubes. Fry separately, adding salt and pepper.
3. Chop the tomatoes and olives, and then mix with the fillet and eggplant.
4. Wrap the filling in pita bread, forming triangles.
5. Fry in a pan.
