Juicy pancakes with meat according to the recipe of Tetiana Litvinova
Pancakes are a delicious and very quick dish to prepare. All you need are a few ingredients - flour, water or milk, vegetable oil, salt, sugar. The filling for pancakes can be prepared in different ways, ranging from savory - cabbage, meat - to sweet - berries, cottage cheese, fruit.
Chef Tetiana Litvinova shared a recipe for delicious pancakes with a tasty meat filling on her YouTube channel, which you can prepare very quickly.
Ingredients:
- <a href="https://food.obozrevatel.com/ukr/vyipechka-i-desertyi/tonkie-blinyi-na-moloke.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pancakes</a> - 15 pcs.
- Pork - 700 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 300 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Mixture of peppers - 0.5 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the meat in a steep broth of onions, carrots, add salt, pepper and bay leaf.
2. Chop the onion with the garlic and fry in vegetable oil under a closed lid, add a little water and simmer over low heat until tender.
3. Pass the cooked meat through a meat grinder, add the fried onions and garlic, as well as the carrots from the broth.
4. Add salt, pepper, coriander and a little broth to the minced meat, mix and add the broth again to make the minced meat juicy.
6. Put the minced meat in the pancakes and roll the pancakes in a square.
