Juicy Montenegrin-style meat with lots of seasonal vegetables and herbs
Montenegrin-style meat is a complete dish that combines seasonal vegetables, herbs and veal. Also, do not forget about spices. All this is baked in the oven, so the dish turns out moderately fatty and very flavorful.

Ingredients:
- veal - 1.3 kg. (you can choose beef, lamb, or chicken)
- olive oil - 100 g
- carrots - 2 pcs
- potatoes - 6 pcs
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs
- red onion - 2 pcs
- leeks - 1 pc (optional)
- dry white wine - 70 ml
- dried rosemary - 2 tsp
- parsley or cilantro - 20 g
- bay leaves - 4 pcs
- garlic - 8 cloves
- Svan salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut all the vegetables and meat into large pieces.
2. Pour oil into the baking dish. Put all the vegetables in it.
3. Arrange salted meat in a circle.
4. Put potatoes, cut in half, in the center. Add salt and pepper.
5. Add a bunch of herbs on top of the potatoes.
6. Add rosemary, Svan salt, paprika, garlic, onion, and bay leaves.
7. Drizzle with olive oil and wine.
8. Cover with a lid and cook at 160 degrees for 4 hours.
