Juicy French-style cutlets in the oven: a complete dish in 20 minutes
French-style cutlets are the perfect dish when you're tired of the classic ones or want to diversify your holiday table. Although they are made according to a classic recipe, they have a special feature - a filling of vegetables, mushrooms and hard cheese.

Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 400 g
- whole wheat bread - 2 pieces
- warm milk - 50 g
- onion (small) - 1 pc
- chicken egg - 1 pc
- salt, spices
Filling:
- tomatoes - 100 g
- mushrooms - 100 g
- onions - 100 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes. Squeeze well. .
2. Grate onions or chop them with a knife.
3. Mix all ingredients and form cutlets. Put in a baking dish covered with parchment.
4. Make small holes in the center of each cutlet.
5. Put the filling - slices of tomatoes, onions and mushrooms - in them. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
